Summary of professional experience

Ann Kahiu first developed an interest in Psychology in her teens, people are very open and comfortable sharing their problems and challenges with her. She has successfully helped people with problem assessment, goal setting and lifestyle changes with the help of diet change, fitness, meditation, journaling and mindfulness. Ann believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life’s difficulties.

Ann studied a Double Major Degree in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Nairobi. After her graduation Ann volunteered in a Children’s Home, engaged in National Surveys and Data Collection/Entry and was a Customer Service and Sales Manager. Gaining valuable experience and expanding own perspectives.

Ann believes that she is ready now to put her skills into practice professionally. She firmly believes her life experiences have given her the compassion and empathy needed and can make a difference in the world now since her passion for helping people is inherent.
