Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health issues in patients of all ages. You will work closely with individuals, couples, families, and groups to provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving their overall well-being and functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Professional diagnosis and evaluation of nature and severity of mental and emotional disorders in individual patients, families, and/or groups.
- Administration, assessment, and interpretation of various psychological tests and assessments.
- Formulating and creating personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for clients.
- Establishment and maintenance of patient medical records in accordance with regulations, policies, and established practices.
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to evaluate the medical and physical condition of clients.
- Assessing clients’ risk, considering their mental health and social needs when performing interventions.
- Interacting with clients and other parties regarding performing interventions.
- Measuring the effectiveness of interventions and implementing changes where required.
- Ensuring the maintenance and safe storage of accurate program and client records, and all other pertinent documents.
- Maintaining confidentiality of clients’ treatment and records
- Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, clinician meetings, and workshops to enhance professional development and maintain currency of methodology and techniques.
- Documents therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records; implements and adheres to policies which ensure patient confidentiality.
- Provides crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment.
- May instruct and direct students serving psychological.
- Working towards positioning the company as a pioneer in psychological interventions.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Formal education: |
- University graduate with experience in Counselling Psychology
- KCPA Membership Certificate
- CMP Board(Counsellors and Psychologist Board Registered

Technical education: |
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and online meeting applications. |
Experience required: |
3 year experience in Counselling Psychology |
Age: |
30 -45years |
